Back to Stitching

One of those pages where it felt like it took way longer to stitch than it actually did, especially considering I’ve been spending some of my time with my knitting needles rather than my sewing needles.  Page 4 is finally complete on Snow Girl and her hair is looking great and I’m nearly through a skein of black on it.  I really like the way the background is stitching up and the little wispy details of her hair.  There isn’t really much to see on her just yet though, it will be the next row of pages where more detail appears.

My plan is to stitch two more pages on this one alternating with Mini Lost in You, and I’ll be mixing in a little knitting here and there.  I’ll take a picture of my shawl when there’s a bit more to see.

A crafter of many years, now using this blog to share my ongoing projects and tips for others to enjoy. I mainly concentrate now on Heaven and Earth cross stitch designs - with several projects on the go at any one time. Also often found knitting shawls and socks, papercrafting. The detail is stunning, you must be so proud, sometimes certain pages do seem to take for ages, don’t really know why.
